"I had a very very bad experience with the RAA. I've been with them for years and years. I slipped on a blanket as I was getting out of bed and I crashed into the built-in robes. The centre door that that contains the mirror splinted into 1,000 pieces causing the other two doors to fracture the RAA said. We'll only cover the door that contains the glass and I've had two companies out here and they're both said we cannot fix one door without the other. We need to fix the whole 3 of them. I took out home and contents inside, as I live in a unit and the statra corporation will only cover the outside of the building as per stated in the insurance contract. So I felt covered knowing I had the RAA behind me for contents and the building inside, of the unit. I attempted to claim under my Building and contents policy they said NO WE WILL ONLY FIX THE DOOR WHICH HAS THE GLASS IN IT. I have a policy which is called accidental accident insurance which l pay a premium payment to RAA. They again said NO I CONTACTED YOUI INSURANCE AND I PUT THE SCENARIO WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO ME, TO THEM AND THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED. I WAS QUITE UPSET."

"Customer service is not the best. Women serving needs to be more pleasant, smile, greet customers. If you don't want to be there I am sure there are others that would love this job. Still debating about going elsewhere to purchase child car seat & have it installed as haven't paid."

"RAA Elizabeth was a busy place. Two staff at the front desk. The lady who served me had computer issues. I turned around behind me and saw that there was a long line of people behind me. It's not my problem! I usually use my phone or computer to solve problems. But this time, I had to pay a deposit on a trip I booked. It was sad that I couldn't transfer the money between my bank account as I only received the payment quote the day before, It didn't allow me to do this. So I had to go in."

"RAA Mile End is conveniently located and has off-street parking. RAA is a South Australian service and brand that many people trust. The counter staff are friendly and helpful and I always feel like a valued customer. There are many handy maps, travel accessories, camping gear, luggage options and other products on display. I've used the travel service on several occasions and been mostly happy with the advice and deals. RAA travel insurance is outstanding if you are a member. I do feel that face-to-face service when making an insurance claim is warranted BUT sadly, it's the usual phone only option. I cannot fault the excellent handling of my car insurance claims - broken windscreen, rear end collision and carpark bingle. All dealt with quickly and fairly. I find that RAA team leaders are willing to listen to feedback and take on board suggestions for a better customer experience."
