Even though the practice was about to close, they waited for us, and Dr Jess helped our beautiful boy, who is now back to his normal self. Dr Jess and her team are always super friendly, supportive, professional and knowledgeable. The practice feels more like a home than a clinical setting, and using fear-free practices means they can accommodate our rescue dog, who normally hates vet visits. She has built a bond with Dr Jess and her team now, and it is so nice to see. We have taken our two dogs, our cat, and our lizard to see the team – and have never been disappointed. "This is an excellent vet service. Our kitty (Big Ears) burned his paws on the fireplace on Friday night. He seemed to be in pain on Saturday morning so we made an appointment with Dr. Jess Paterson. She is amazing - such a kind and gentle person. Big Ears even warmed up to her (which has never happened before at any other vet). Our visit to the Pet Society was incredible. Jess spoke with us first - in the spotless cat-only room (which means it was free of any doggie smells). She calmed us down and then slowly acquainted herself with Big Ears. It was such a pleasure being in the care of an outstanding professional. We recently relocated from Austria - and we thought our vet was amazing.
