"We went there for carer's certificate because my partner needs one for a day off for our son sickness. But the chemist said she can't offer him because she need to assess our boys condition. And we explained why the kid is not here and she said 'no i can't give you the certificate and it is illegal because i didn't see your son's condition. ' we are so shocking of what she said. She is not a doctor and the kid is so sick that we are not confident to take him out. What is the big problem that she have to see the kid before she give my partner's certificate? If that is illegal then how the online certificate service is legal when the doctor don't actually see the patient and still give people carers' certificate? Would that be odd? And the way the chemist spoke to us like she is the law and keep saying this is illegal. So rude and unprofessional."

"I get my scripts through escript, once the chemist dispenses it, they need to send the repeat back to a phone which this chemist didn’t do. I went there for Christmas while visiting my mum interstate when I came back home to get script I wasn’t able to fill it. The chemist here wasn’t able to find it as it was still stuck in there system and my doctor couldn’t resend it for the same reason and said I needed another appointment to get it $$$$. I had to go back through my bank statement to remember where I got the script from to call and get them to send it. When I spoke the the pharmacy intern today they were rude and didn’t seem to care when I mentioned the problem as if it was an easy solve. It was inconvenient for me and might have meant I needed to spend extra money to see my doctor. If I had paid cash I would have been stuffed without my script for a few days and out of pocket. Overall poor service."
