"There were no towels provided in the room, and no-one could be contacted in the morning to assist, so we couldn't shower. My phone charger was left behind, which was my error, however upon inquiring I was told it was not found in the room, which was clearly incorrect. When I first phoned to discuss, I was told someone would phone me back the following day, which they didn't, and when I again phoned the next day there was no attempt made to rectify these problems, instead I was made to feel like it was my fault that I hadn't noticed the missing towels until morning, and that I was lying about the phone charger. All up, a very poor experience."

"Good hotel with excellent location facing Henley’s beach. Rooms are modern (make sure to book the one with ensuite). Great spot for foodies (lots of good restaurants) and those who like to party (Ramsgate itself) but can be bit noisy on the weekends for families with kids (hotel informed us before arrival, so it was alright). To top it all (and the reason for 5 ⭐️ is the staff at Ramsgate who were amazing- especially Chayton and Drew. Cheers Guys!"
