"Took our toyota coaster in for repairs, got charged over $2500 to get the bus back with exactly the same issues plus extra problems(fuel leak etc that wasn't there before) handed it back to us and told us that they now didn't have time or interest to repair it as they need to look after their contact fleet trucks. Felt like everything got handballed back to us. Very unhappy with the resolution and customer service was non existent. Have since taken it to another place which fixed the issues without the excuses."

"Total rip off. We rang and requested a quote last week for an oil change and oil filter change on our Toyota coaster. We were quoted $130 - $260 as we were providing the oil & filter. We dropped the bus at 8am and we were asked to collect it at 10:19am. We were charged $400. When we asked the reception to explain, she was defensive, aggressive rude and abusive. The last four oil changes we’ve had have cost $300 - $350 WITH the oil and filters supplied by the mechanics. Not to mention this was much higher than the quote we were provided. The mechanic said it took about an hour while reception said it took 1.5 hours. They said it needed to be rushed through so they put two people on it which is why they’ve charged us $325 for 2.5 hours labor. I am extremely disappointed considering we had a phone conversation regarding cost and we explained that the quote they provided us of $260 was acceptable and they assured us with us providing the oil and supplies it wouldn’t go over that. To double check, we went back over our previous invoices from past mechanics and we were charged 1.5 hours for one person doing the work. They claim it took two people 1.5 hours to do the oil/oil filter change, which seems ridiculous. The reception snatched the invoice out of our hands and the manager threatened to charge us for three hours while we were questioning the costs. As I walked into the office I could hear the receptionist yelling at the mechanic for telling me it only took an hour. Completely unprofessional and extremely overpriced considering we supplied everything needed."
