Troy was very rude, he had a loud tone and very was condescending (and that’s putting it politely) his company did 2 root canals and didn’t kill the nerve on both teeth Troy told me in a very rude way that I do not feel anything and it was my other teeth I’m feeling the pain from, he said all this before even looking inside my mouth. I said I know for a fact it hurts and he did a test and tapped on all of my teeth and it proved the fact it did hurt and then he said it’s because I didn’t brush my teeth properly and there is built up bacteria. I said even if that is true if the nerve was dead I still shouldn’t be able to feel it, he then agreed and said he doesn’t know what I want from him because he isn’t going to fix it for free, then asked me when I’d like to book an appointment and I said no thank you, your very rude and if you can’t fix what I’ve already payed for why would I continue with him. (I was calm the whole time)"
