"In my opinion one of the worst law firms I have ever dealt with. Worse than having nothing! Charged $100 for a letter and then recharged for the same letter later at $30!! Time and time again lawful requests for information just totally ignored. Its so rude and unprofessional. This firm is under certain conditions of operation and do not seem to want to FIGHT for you. My matter should have been resolved within 6 months and here we are over 1.5 years later due to Nathan White Lawyers' ineptitude. Furthermore, when the very person I was PAYING Nathan White Lawyers to ''investigate'' rang Nathan White Lawyers, Nathan White Lawyers REFUSED to tell me what was said!! Can you believe it!!?? Today I rang re a request I made for my files that was ignored (as usual). I have a legal right to these files. The incredibly RUDE Receptionist couldnt find my original request despite my new email and said my ''follow-up'' email I was emailing whist she was on the phone, was not arriving at Reception. I read the ''follow-up'' email out to her and when I stated I would sue for any unnecessary costs (eg lodging a complaint with LPCC) to get what is rightfully mine, she started SCREAMING at me on the phone and hung up!!! This is yet ANOTHER example of the APPALLING BEHAVIOUR and disrespect Nathan White Lawyers shows for its clients and why you have this review. You are WASTING your time and money with this firm - you have been warned."
