"First time we came in we stood there for 15 minutes waiting to be served, during this time the staff were talking to each other & didn’t acknowledge that we were standing there waiting. We ended up putting our things down and left. Second time we came in ( today ) was a much better experience while we were speaking to the gentleman however it changed when we were aggressively told by the other woman employee to move away from the staff only section (No signs indicating it was staff only) and then served at the counter with a terrible attitude. 2 bitter experiences in a row, such a shame as interacting with the gentleman had really been a great experience. Won’t be back, a fish rots from the head I suppose."
"I had some issues with my dash cam that was a bit of a unique situation - I went in store for some help and Brad went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after. He ensured I didn’t have to pay any more money as it was an issue that wasn’t my fault (or repcos fault). He researched on ways to help me, and ended up fixing the issue for me - couldn’t be more grateful!! Brad has a wealth of knowledge and will always ensure his customers are well liked after."
"Really difficult to find and get a park. Lots of parks marked repco only and were all taken but one. Figured there must be heaps in the store, but was only me and one other. Getting back to the main road from the carpark is a nightmare. Great store, great people, sh!t location."
