"A lady with the name Gabby was utterly rude today. I returned my white shoes as my husband noticed I was actually given two shoes of different styles. One had silver on the back and one was grey on the back, easy to miss if you don't look at the heel part of your shoes! I went in store and let her know that i actually have two shoes but they are different and I would like to swap them for both the correct shoe. She made me feel like it was my fault they were odd and I should have come in much earlier to get this problem fixed. She also accused me of washing them as if that's a reason I can't return them? After 5 minutes of her rude bickering, she sarcastically let me swap them for a different pair as they didn't have the original style in stock. She then tried to sell me shoe spray after which I wasn't giving anymore money to this business after how she treated a costumer. At the end of the day it was not my fault I was given two different shoes. I shouldn't be treated so badly."
"Lovely shoes. Nine West makes good all round, basic, classical styles and colours that compliment any wardrobe. I love shoes and have had nothing but positive experiences purchasing both instore and online with Nine West. They also sell handbag and clutches to match their shoes range. Their shoes and bags are quite reasonably priced and Nine West also have great sales, so you can pick up a bargain every now and then."
