Eligible families will receive an automatic letter in the mail, typically in January.

"I just saw Dr Kong Yen and he was very good and thorough. He is old school (blunt but i dont mind that as Im old school too. ) but will lay out all the different options and treatments. He doesn't pressure you to treatments but will let you know the options. I have found that Dr Yen's treatments have endured the distance. I have had my fillings stay as previous operators had them fall out or had to go a more than a couple of times to have it fix. The ladies at front desk are super friendly and the clinic is calm and inviting. It's a well run practice and will be happy to return."
