"I had to lie just to get a dodgy repair!!!! Do not shop here!!!! Would like to leave an honest and up to date review of my dealings with Geoff and Paul at sleep Rite Malaga! After a number of issues with an item I did choose to purchase. The issues initial came from me not doing my part as a customer! Since my purchase there have been a few faults that have come up. However what was offered to me to rectify these issues even, despite of consumer and item fault can't be agreed on! I am however grateful that they are willing to help have these problems fixed, at what I can only say to be a reasonable price! "I am more than satisfied with the quality of my purchases. As an aged pensioner having everything delivered and assembled for $50 was an added bonus. I would highly recommend Sleeprite and will be a returning customer. I am a cautious shopper and prefer old fashioned service when making purchases. "If I could give this store less than one star I would , they refused to help me load my queen size bed frame with mattress which cost over 2000 with my pregnant wife in the car and my ankle strapped . After asking to speak with the manager he commented I stood there like ( I quote ) a stale bottle of piss , this is after I had already loaded most of the other items myself it was only the frame we needed a hand with . I had to fully restrain myself from breaking my hand off into his face and setting him on fire . The same day I went to harvey Norman to buy a fridge and they insisted I not even try to help them for insurance purposes . Big difference in customer service ."
