"Would like to say thank you to Trent. I get direct to boot groceries every week and this week the team accidentally missed my 2 packets of nappies. I didn't even realise until the next day. I called woolworths and Trent organised for me to pick them up from the coomera westfield store. He even arranged for them to bring the nappies out to the car as I had my 3 kids with me and one of them is in a wheelchair which makes it tricky to go into the shops with all 3 of them. Thanks Trent I appreciate you're professionalism and kindness."

"This used to be a great and convenient little Woolies. Now it’s almost always a disappointment. Stock is low or out, fruit and veg displays often empty and the meat is short dated or out of date. If you do a big shop and need to go through the checkout rather than the self serve checkouts, be prepared for a lengthy wait while watching staff standing around talking. It was only the butcher who kept us coming back (Paul), so with that department now closed down we’ll be going elsewhere."
