As a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA), I am dedicated to providing exceptional individual assessment and therapy for adults facing various acute, chronic, and complex mental health and relationship issues.

At Incentive Psychology, I offer evidence-based treatment interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Imagery Rescripting. These approaches have proven to be highly effective in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

With extensive experience in both government and non-government settings, in both metropolitan and regional locations, I bring a comprehensive understanding of trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and relational safety to my practice. My primary goal is to create a warm, empathetic, and trusting relationship with each of my clients, ensuring that they feel supported and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

Adopting a person-centred and non-judgemental approach, I tailor my therapeutic support to meet the unique needs of each individual. I am particularly passionate about working with older adults, who may face specific challenges such as grief and loss, life-stage adjustment, and relational issues. I understand that seeking support from a psychologist can be unfamiliar and daunting, and I strive to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all my clients.

It is important to note that you do not require a referral to see a psychologist at Incentive Psychology. However, your GP can assess you and, if applicable, develop a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHCP) under the Better Access initiative. This will enable you to receive a Medicare rebate of $131.65 for up to sessions per calendar year. Additionally, you may be eligible for Private Health Fund rebates (please check with your individual fund).
