"An absolutely disgraceful service! We called them on Friday to open the door that got shut with the key inside. Confirmed the prices over the phone and they quoted $200. We asked why it is so high and the person explained that it's because we are calling outside of business hours. We agreed on the price, the locksmith came over and opened the door, we confirmed the price again - $200. A few days after they sent us an invoice for $400 and started calling us on a weekly basis demanding us to pay $200 dollars on top ($400 all together for the service). They admitted that it's their fault that the wrong price had been quoted but kept calling us, sending emails and threatening with their attorney. This is absolutely unfair and disgraceful. We have of course paid $200 in order to stop these harassing calls. Never again."
