"Beautiful faux flower arrangement. My MIL gifted me a beautiful pink magnolia arrangement. She spoke very highly of the customer service she received in explaining our needs, selecting the flowers, and the arrangement. She was also told that if I wanted to add more flowers to the arrangement, I could bring it back in and they'd be happy to help. Very happy with the styling of the arrangement. I've decided to display it as a centerpiece on my dining table."

"Very disappointed with this florist. Arrangement arrived well past their best. When I phoned the next day I was asked to send photos, which I did (but they were not received). Refusal to replace has been given because when they finally received photos it was over the time limit (which I was never advised of). ."

"My partner was going to be overseas for Valentine’s Day so he ordered me flowers. Weeks before they called me and ruined the surprise then on the day I waited until 5pm for them to arrive. I understand it is busy but they shouldn’t take more orders than they can handle when they are charging a price way above other florists. When I called they did not offer any help other than they are busy. Disappointing experience overall. Disappointing being my first valentines. To add on the flowers have died after 4 days…"

"As a florist that lives and works interstate I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with this sympathy arrangement that cost $125.00. What a joke. I would be embarressed to send out this arrangement for that amount of money. Looks like it is just a mini box of flowers which should actually cost $75.00. Will never use this florist ever again."
