Welcome to Save the Children Op Shop - Scarborough, located at 166 Scarborough Beach Road in Australia. As one of Save the Children's many op shops across the country, we offer more than just retail therapy. When you shop with us, you not only get to explore a wide range of recycled fashion pieces, toys, books, and unique vintage finds, but you also contribute to creating better lives for children both in Australia and overseas.

Our op shops are run by friendly volunteers who add to the special shopping experience we offer. They are always ready to assist you and make your visit enjoyable. We are proud to be a book store, establishment, point of interest, and store all in one.

At Save the Children, we believe in sustainability and giving items a second chance. Through our partnership with SCRgroup, we ensure that even if some donations don't find a new home in our op shops, they still have a purpose. Clothing, handbags, manchester, and soft furnishings that cannot be sold in-store are either taken overseas to be re-homed or recycled into rags or biofuel. This way, we minimize waste and continue to make a positive impact on both the environment and the lives of children.

Please note that we are unable to accept mattresses as donations. However, we greatly appreciate any other items you may wish to contribute.

As a volunteer-driven organization, our store hours are subject to change at short notice depending on volunteer availability. We rely on the dedication and support of our volunteers to keep our op shop running smoothly.
