The girls were on time, friendly, professional and more then happy to complete any task we pointed out to them. We gave them a thorough list and everything was done to the highest standard. "We had a very disappointing experience with Cook and Clean Perth for a vacate clean of our 2x2 apartment in Claremont. The quote we received was for a house, which would have taken much longer to clean than a small 2x2 apartment. We reasonably expected the quoted 9 hours for the vacate clean and 3 hours for carpet clean (totaling $600) would result in a clean apartment and pass the vacate inspection. We were sorely mistaken. The carpet was not vacuumed to a good standard in the main living area or the bedrooms, the bedroom built in cupboard were not vacuumed, the shower and bathroom was cleaned to a poor standard and none of the kitchen cupboards had been wiped clean. The response to our concerns at the standard of cleaning was extremely slow and the response was not good enough. The additional cleaning could apparently only be done in a few days, after the keys were due to be returned. We showed the photos of the dirty apartment to the owner, who said that 4 hours is too long and wasn't required to finish the clean. At that price, no further cleaning should have been required. When asked for a refund, we were just completely ignored. I would not recommend using Cook and Clean. For the time, money and hassle, you're better off cleaning it yourself. Saves you having to spend $600 and then cleaning anyway."

"I contacted this business to obtain a quote to clean my elderly mothers apartment. I received a quote via email and sent a return email asking a couple of questions before we proceeded with the quote. After 2 weeks of no reply and being hung up on several times when I tried calling, I gave up. Quite clearly, they don't need our business.... I couldn't recommend their service because they wouldn't provide any!!"
