I suggest if you are going to order something to use the app or use the little screens located inside the restaurant. "This is a review on their Jack's Fried Chicken Boneless Pieces. The picture to this new menu was enticing. I did have my doubt but I ordered them nevertheless. Not only they weren't crispy, they were quite salty. What's suprising was the size. They were just a bit bigger than their chicken nugget. 3 pieces for $9.95 its avoid! Service was hit and miss especially their drive thru. There were times when you had to wait for a while for someone to take your order."
