"receptionist says their books are closed to new patients"
"Absolutely brilliant services for youth in Adelaide. Go above and beyond, extremely professional, kind and caring. Could not recommend them highly enough."
"Lovely rooms which are calming for my two boys. Mel (admin) is friendly, warm and kind as are all the ladies in admin. Dr Mel is amazing!!!! She is a wealth of information and continues to provide ongoing support in multiple areas for my boys. Dr Mel is caring and flexible. Her job appears very demanding yet she always has a smile and kind words. Thank you for all your dedication to your profession, not just for my boys but for all the children you work with. You continue to study and learn and as a result are contemporary with your practices! As a primary school teacher, I continue to recommend you to some of the families I connect with too. 5/5 for sure!!"
"From the first point of contact with the front desk to our appointment with Anna they experience at My Child has been helpful, supportive and comforting. Would highly recommend."
"Don't book with Anna Worth! She and the Practice Manager, Melissa Firth put me through a very upsetting experience after sharing sensitive information about my personal life. She excludes anyone on a low income with their current "policies". When I called about seeing her for some personal difficulties and was told the fees I said I couldn't afford it. I was asked to write an email to the practice manager stating my financial difficulties and what I was going through and they would see about lowering the gap. It was very difficult to write and took me a few days to put it together but I was open and honest and told my story that is really difficult to tell. I got a really rude email back saying they don't help people with financial difficulties and I'd have to pay the full fee if I wanted help from her. I thought maybe this was just the practice manager but before I left it I asked if Anna Worth was in agreeance with the rude email sent to me and it was stated that she was. I therefore wouldn't want to see a psychologist with such standards that they exclude low income earners and treat them like dirt after putting them through the difficult exercise of explaining their circumstances! Not the type of place you want to go when dealing with delicate issues such as mental health and motherhood. Avoid!"
