"The staff were kind and caring, the care given was prompt and professional and when I picked my baby up she looked extremely happy and well looked after. The vets called me throughout and gave me detailed updates. It's an expensive experience but that's what you can expect for emergency care after hours. Thankyou again everybody - Cali is very appreciative for the incredible job you do! We are lucky to have an emergency clinic available in our area."
"Our little poodle 13 year old Bella needed after hours help as she was in pain after jumping up onto the bed. The staff at AES were great, attending to her needs quickly and after blood tests and X-rays determined her elbow was dislocated. She was given pain relief and a secure splint till we could see our regular vet during normal hours. Would highly recommend them and if needed will attend there again."
"Our dog needed emergency surgery on a public holiday and Carrara was there to promptly see him, operate on and complete the pet insurance claim for us. We are so fortunate to have such a quality facility with extremely qualified staff, locally. This practice is our go to for after hours/emergency and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service, including follow up checkin and coordination with our regular vet. The staff were very warm and explained the whole procedure and cost in detail so we were informed the whole way."
"The team here is brilliant when my Great Dane had eaten a bee on Easter Sunday and was swelling fast they were calm friendly and super quick making a terrible day much much better from admin to vet super fast and my Dane was happy in no time at all. It’s great knowing this safety net for my dogs is available."
