"We had a fabulous week at the house on Mermaid Beach with our family and little dog. Although the house needs updating, the location on the beachfront is superb. We are very grateful to Kris who went out of his way to help us when we left something behind."

We really enjoyed our stay, a little too cold to have a swim but definitely would be amazing in warmer weather. Close to everything. Cannot recommend this place more. Thank you for a great stay."

"Absolutely never staying here again. The staff especially all the dealings with Kris were unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. The place itself was very dirty and stenches of BABY POO. I would highly recommend staying away if you have any concept of hygiene or value for money."
"My husband and I have stayed at this property for several years with our dogs. Although the house is a little rundown the location and view is fantastic; plus it is one of the few houses that has an actual yard fully fenced where kids and dogs can play safely. If something does go awry it is easily resolved as Annastasia is incredibly helpful and responsive which immediately puts you at ease knowing the issue will be resolved. We look forward to staying hear again"
