"I had pretty bad experience with them. I applied for refinance after Dane Binckes from their team calling me multiple times to convince that it's a good idea. He was quite helpful and responsive through the early part of the process. But once the application was submitted, he stopped responding after multiple emails and texts in last couple of weeks. Now I'm completely in dark as to what's happening with my application. I was promised the whole process will not take more than 2 weeks, now its been about 2 months and I have no idea. I'm pretty sure they would see this review and still take no action. I'd stay away from them"

"Interest Rates Hiked Sharply for Existing Clients I got my home loan from Well Night through Reduce Home Loan in 2022. At first the offered rate was exceptional such that I was willing to pay $1,000 upfront fee to obtain the loan. As the reference interest rate rises, however, they increase my mortgage rate higher than the increase in reference rate, thus making the product less competitive even compared to the Big 4 Banks. I have asked Well Nigh to consider reducing the interest rate several times, but they were not willing to do so. I regret my decision of obtaining my home loan from Well Nigh, as I could have easily secured a more competitive rate from other lenders without paying any upfront fees. Avoid this lender even when they offered you a good rate as they will swiftly hike your rate once you have your loans with them."
