"I have been to many Guzman y Gomez in Melbourne but none of them compare to this one. The restaurant was spotless and well maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and efficient at their job and provided a great service. Food was above what I expected in terms of quality, shows the difference in management really coming out in the product. Approve many times over!"
"I have NEVER gave a negative review to anyone, but this has being such a common occurrence. They love giving vegetarians meat items. Of the times I've been "accidentally" served meat in Adelaide, 90% of it was here. The vegetarian options are great, but poor service if you have to double check your item before you eat it.."
"I went there before going to the footy and for once the line wasn't out the door which was good. I had one of my regular orders a spicy chicken burrito bowl and while it was good it seemed significantly different to my local store. The spicy sauce was actually spicy giving more than a light tang. But the rest felt like something was missing but not sure what it was. As for the store is seemed reasonably well looked after with enough clean tables to sit at upstairs. The one minor thing that was not ideal was there was a smell coming from one of the bins I think when they were changing the bags."
