"I have been enormously impressed Bernie and Gai and their team at Total Care property management. They have recently managed an investment property for me in Leederville, and also assisted with the sale. I found them to be very professional with excellent communication skills, (in person and by email). They gave me accurate straight forward information, and the management of my property was made so much easier. I had a few issues with tenants and builders and they sorted things out promptly and professionally. Whenever I called or emailed them about something, one of the team always got back to me quickly. The property statements that are sent out monthly are comprehensive and easy to read. In all of my dealings with staff at TCPM I felt that they cared and did their best. I have been motivated to write this review, as I have had two other investment properties (in other cities) and have realised that it's not that common to find a genuinely good property manager.
