"The employees don't care about you nor how long you've been waiting, low quality items compared to other stores from the same brand without mentioning the differences. I would only go here if I was going to the woolworths given the typical wait of 15mins+ to get my order filled if they don't take 10-20mins to even speak to me in the first place. They're a very much corporate store that wants to see volume instead of taking care with their customers who probably have medical issues."
"Absolutely amazing service! I took my daughter into the store yesterday to have her ears pierced, Bree Ann and Jarred were lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately one of the earrings fell out that night and they happily re-pierced her ear the next day with a new earring free of charge. The next day the other earring fell out and they happily re-pierced it again free of charge. Bianca and Kaylah were also extremely helpful in the whole process, thank you!"
