Situated close to all the major attractions of the Gold Coast, we found it incredibly convenient to explore the theme parks. Plus, the park itself is set amidst lush greenery, creating a serene and relaxing ambiance. The accommodation options at Big4 Gold Coast Holiday Park are impressive. We opted for a Bungalow, which was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and provided ample space for our family. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent range of amenities available within the park. Our kid had a blast at the water park, which featured thrilling slides and interactive water play areas. The pool area was fantastic, and we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside while the kid had fun in the water. The park's staff deserve special commendation for their warm and friendly service. They were always ready to assist us with any queries or requests, We also appreciated the cleanliness and well-maintained nature of the park. The communal areas, amenities, and facilities were kept in top-notch condition, creating a pleasant environment for everyone. "Amazing family experience. Great secure facility. Very close to the theme parks. For those with young children it’s a fabulous well thought out park with lots of activities for young kids. "Having a great time. Facilities are beautiful. Kids have loved the water slides and we have enjoyed kicking back with a cocktail. Cabin is great and thankfully insulated from the road noise. We will definitely be back in the caravan next time. Trivia afternoon was fun. Kids enjoyed it."

"We have stayed at a many caravan/holiday parks throughout Australia and to date, this is THE best holiday park we have stayed at. The evergreen sites are sensational and spacious. The facilities - water park and pool are a wow factor, the gardens, the cafe is an awesome touch, the park is the best I have ever seen, the camp kitchen is fantastic. It is very well maintained, with toilets been cleaned twice a day. Loads of kids activities and the yoga and massage is the perfect tough. The staff are very helpful and polite. Cody, Jess and Cesar at the safe are so lovely and welcoming. One of the grounds keep who works Monday to Friday and looks after the pool, fire place etc is a legend and so helpful. We will definitely be back."
