"Booked a room and was upgraded to Villa 1. Lovely little townhouse villa. Lovely, lovely owners. Very clean and perfect for a short or longer term stay. Close to theme parks, very close. Great shopping centre up the road with EVERYTHING you need. Easy access from the freeway. HIGHLY recommended."

"THINK TWICE IS MY BEST ADVICE! First up it's location to Dreamworld is awesome - you can literately walk to it. Saying this it backs onto a major hwy and fronts a huge roundabout that the local hoons skid around and race through - so the noise is relentless and sleep, if your lucky, is continually interrupted. Upon arrival, the room presented well, good size and very clean. We arrived late 11pm to sadly get cold showers however the rest of the stay it was ok. Bed linen was nice but the blankets on two beds were nasty and if we had another choice we would not have used. The worst thing however, and they don't state this anywhere, the rooms are not serviced during your stay - so for two days we had wet damp towels and we had to wash the cups and glasses in the bathroom sink - which was clean but 1 meter from the toilet that literately thousands of people had used - so hygiene was a questionable in my opinion. We would never stay again - how tight and frankly lazy can you be not to offer at least a fresh towel replacement and some fresh cups and saucers. I understand you get what you pay for - but there is a level of customer service you expect for $490+ dollars, in my opinion their care factor has expired, as said - clean tidy but thats the end of the positives."

"I would just like to add my review on the Coomera Motel Inn. We had our family of 5 (4 adults and a child) stay for a four-night duration. On arrival, at check in, I was greeted politely by the young gentleman at the reception counter. After the normal signing of forms and having my questions answered, I was handed the keys to the room without any fuss. Check in was so seamless. I think, all up, I was in there for only 4 minutes. Our room (a family room) was clean and welcoming. We were looking forward to sleeping that night as the beds looked so plush and inviting. We weren't disappointed when head finally hit pillow! Towels were of a high quality and replenished daily (if you wanted a new one, all you did was leave your used one on the floor and it would be replaced). Our room was serviced regularly by very friendly and attentive workers. It was of good size and well-aerated with air con, TV, microwave, kettle and a fridge. It's a basic set up but you really have everything you need. The shower was awesome with a jetstream that was so strong it felt like a massage! There is a swimming pool available for guest use and our son was happy to jump in once during our stay, when time allowed. It was clean and well maintained and refreshing. It was hard for us to drag our son away from the pool!! In conclusion, we were so happy with our stay here, so much that we plan to return next year. With it being so close to theme parks, malls, golf courses etc, it really is an ideal place to venture out from and explore the Gold Coast. I would highly recommend Coomera Motel Inn to families on a budget and all those who are looking to get bang for their buck. You won't be disappointed here. "We needed somewhere to stay at short notice and we were happy that this was so close to dreamworld which made getting organised for the day easy! We were really pleased with how clean it was. The beds were comfortable and the sheets felt crisp and fresh. The decor was a bit dated but this didn't phase us. It seemed that they put effort in to maintain and upkeep. It was very basic - no kitchen sink but there was a jug to boil water, a microwave, coffee/tea and a fridge with cooled glasses in it and some milk. Would suggest bringing your own plates, bowls and cuttlery if you plan on having breakfast in your room. The hosts were friendly too! Overall we were pleased with our stay and would stay again if we needed short term accomodation."
