"Would not recommend. The food was fresh and the chips were good. The rest was bland . A taco consisting of beef, cheese and lettuce isn't much of a taco. Nothing outstanding. The seating areas were dirty, rubbish all over the floor. The cashier obviously wanted to be somewhere else, and really wasn't helpful. I'm sure the staff are trying their best with pressure to perform from above. And overall it was expensive. I don't like writing negative reviews, but Taco Bell unfortunately deserves it."

"Yum! I saw the Taco Bell a few months ago while it was still building, and I was so excited, because it was kind of like a Starbucks was built in PERTH. Starbucks - Perth. Two words that DONT go together. American food chains - Perth. NOPE. Yeah so ANYWAYSSSS.. I wanted to go for soooo long, but finally i did! The set with stacked tortilla chips, a crunchy taco, a soft taco, a quesadilla, and a wrap was $26.99. As you can see in the photos, the paper is a huge waste:( it was kind of depressing. The paper was THICK and it was 3 times bigger than what it holds. It was a decent lunch meal. I kinda recommend if you like fast-food type mexican meals. :P"

"A few months ago I waited in the drive through for around 30-40minutes and the car behind me kept honking non-stop, coming out of their car up to the window and yelling at the staff. I felt bad for the staff so i didnt leave a bad review over the wait time then but today i ordered from menulog and this is the saddest looking quesadilla ive ever seen. The taco is also lacking meat. The ratio of lettuce to beef is sad. Everything is so empty and bare. How can the owner justify selling this?"

"Absolutely horrible place. Quick preface: I’m not one of those angry annoying vegans who bleed on everyone about their food options I literally couldn’t care less what other peoples diet entails - I just can’t have dairy as I and my son are highly allergic and prefer not to eat meat as I just don’t Ike the taste. Canning Vale Taco Bell charged me $27 for warm beans & a wet wrap, another wrap with lettuce and and warm beans, the “nachos” that all had no sauce or cheese. No sauce, no cheese at all. Nothing to tie the meal together. Was dry and tasteless. Why would you say you serve vegan options if you can only supply literally beans in a wrap with no toppings. That’s not a meal and definitely not worth paying for. Anyway, I asked the lady who took my order if they had vegan cheese and vegan sauce and she said she didn’t know and that she just puts a “V” for vegan on the order and it will be made accordingly. Not to mention when I came back in to the store and ask for a refund Olivia the manager was so hostile and angry and just kept giving excuses to why it was not their fault. She was white hot with rage and was staring at me, I felt very uncomfortable. I asked if she would eat beans in a wrap with no sauce, no cheese. Her response was “I’m not vegan, I have the chicken version and I would eat that”. All I ask for was for my money back and I basically got abused by Olivia. Her customer service skills are very poor. A simply apology and the money back would have sufficed. Actually the money back would have been fine, but she wanted to argue with me and talk to me, and argue with me some more and talk to me some more about she was right. I had to tell her that I don’t want to argue with her about this, and I actually stepped away from the till and stood near the door, saying that I’ll wait for my refund and I didn’t want to argue with her about it.. I just wanted my refund to which she still wanted to argue with me, and she was holding me back the money back in her hands and wouldn’t give it to me until I listen to her points. It was horrible and I feel really disrespected and feel really upset about the stores customer service or lack of. Not to mention I had to wait 30mins for this food. I thought Taco Bell was a fast food place, with 2 small children in the car with there dad waiting, that’s not fast food. That’s 20mins too long. I will never be back and will let every one I know that Canningvale Taco Bell is a disgrace for customer service and a hostile environment."
