"I recently worked with High Rise to secure a loan for an investment property. My initial experience with my manager broker was quite promising, as he provided essential support during the early stages of the process. However, as the process advanced, my satisfaction began to wane. The manager broker was attentive and helpful in the beginning, guiding me through the steps and addressing my concerns. However, when I needed advice about changing loan conditions, things took a turn for the worse. It became nearly impossible to reach him, and my inquiries went unanswered. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about my options. Furthermore, throughout the loan application process, there was a significant lack of communication. I found myself in the dark about the status of my loan and any updates regarding its progress. It was only the customer manager who occasionally provided me with updates, though even that communication wasn't consistent. This inconsistent communication and unavailability of my initial manager broker made the process far more challenging than it needed to be. It's disappointing when a promising start turns into a frustrating experience. While I appreciate the support from the customer manager, the lack of engagement and responsiveness from my initial broker left me feeling uneasy about the entire process. In the future, I hope they take steps to improve their communication and availability to ensure that clients feel supported throughout the entirety of the loan application process. This would greatly enhance the overall experience and help clients like myself feel more confident in their investment endeavors."
