"Never felt extremely uncomfortable in a shop like at this clinic. I been to many clinics before (including clinics of the same franchise) in Sydney and Gold Coast and I never found such rude staff. The team literally do not care of their job and they won’t get extra mile to help their employer to make the extra sale. If you are THREE minutes late you will be rescheduled even if there are three team members just chit chatting at the front desk, but next time you go they will make you wait over TEN minutes for your appointment? Well how does this work??? Turned up to my appointment shaved, but had a slight regrowth in few spots that I missed and I got asked $50 to shave (a 15 seconds job). I understand there might be a fee, but the way I got told was very inappropriate and uncomfortable. No care, no respect making you feel like a s**t. Ridiculous! I wouldn’t have mind to pay $50 and get it all done without having to go back once again, but I decided to leave after being spoken this way. As I left the room and went back to the front desk all three staff were having a giggle about what just happened. Appalling! They have no idea what customer service is. Train your staff properly and you’ll have double of the business. It’s not the $50 that will make you more profit, but a happy customer that would have come back and spend thousands over the year. Only staff member I can’t fault that help me with bookings, was amazing and went above beyond is Kristine. She’s fantastic and you should trust her to train staff. Deserves a pay rise too!"
