"I called and made appointment for my RF treatment I bought online. They know I haven't had any consultation. The person on the phone instruct me to put local anaesthetic cream before coming in. So I turned up with local cream applied only to be told they cannot do this as I haven't had first consultation. They didn't bother calling me to inform this before the appointment. I let it slide anyway. I turned up for the actual treatment 2nd time. My appointment was on 13/5/2023 at 14:05. I arrived at 13:50 and checked in at the reception. I was told to wait. At 14:07 I went and enquired when treatment is starting. Then the technician was like oh I was about to call you. There was no customer service whatsoever. As if me being turning up for the appointment was a nuisance to them. The technician has very poor communication skills Such as she told me " we are all done ", so I get up only to be told to lie down again to put the protective cream. Then we went out and , she was like , " ok you can go now. No information about after treatment care whatsoever. ( Not that I need it anyway ).In this day and age there are other businesses providing the same service and customers have more choices than ever before. I am not sure if the staffs are happy working there. If you are going to follow up on this , my appointment was on 13/05/2023 at 14:05."

"It's super easy to be amazing at customer service when things are going great, but these staff absolutely amazed me at their cool, calm, collected and efficient management skills when they had a malfunction situation out of their control. They really made a horrible situation, a walk in the park. A special thanks to Jessica who had now done this on 2 occasions for me! The products speak for themselves, but the staff ❤️"

"Don’t go here!! Receptionist has a real bad attitude and is extremely rude. Literally no customer service and acts like you’re an inconvenience. Eye rolls and micro aggressions the moment you walk in. I was told to be seated ready for my appointment and I waited, just for the nurse to tell me they aren’t going to do my appointment because I was 10 minutes late. I was 5 minutes late due to traffic I couldn’t control. Travelled over 40 minutes for the appointment. Could’ve easily been explained at reception and another appointment booked in, instead of wasting my time."

I recently met Georgie and couldn't be happier with my treatment and how I was treated. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you as always ladies ♥️"
