To see one of our experienced doctors, appointments are necessary. Most appointments typically last between 10 to 15 minutes. While our practice primarily operates on a private billing system, we offer bulk billing for children under the age of 16 during weekday appointments. It's important to note that children between the ages of 12-16 may be billed a gap fee for long or complex appointments, at the doctor's discretion. We also provide pension and concession rate billing for all concession card holders, and DVA card holders are billed directly to DVA.

Please be aware that each appointment is allocated 10 minutes for one patient only. If you are booking for multiple patients, kindly select one appointment time per patient. On Saturdays, a full private fee applies to appointments.

In exceptional circumstances, our doctors may arrange home visits for their regular patients who are severely ill and unable to visit the surgery.
