While our practice primarily operates on a private billing system, we offer bulk billing for children under the age of 16 during weekday appointments. We also provide pension and concession rate billing for all concession card holders, and DVA card holders are billed directly to DVA.

Please be aware that each appointment is allocated 10 minutes for one patient only. If you are booking for multiple patients, kindly select one appointment time per patient. On Saturdays, a full private fee applies to appointments.

In exceptional circumstances, our doctors may arrange home visits for their regular patients who are severely ill and unable to visit the surgery.
