"Do not waste your time here. We did not have a good experience and wouldn't come back. We came in a group and made 3 separate orders at the counter. 1. they got the drink order wrong - I don't know how they got it wrong when I repeated the order twice, and the staff also repeated it back to me. Also, the coffee didn't taste good. I've had drinks at other Coffee Club's and never had a problem with them. 2. we were missing food orders - the 1st food order came within 10 minutes, and we were waiting for 2 more food orders. We noticed other tables getting their orders and continued to wait. We continually made eye contact with the staff to let them know that something was wrong, but none of them approached us. After 30 minutes, we went to the counter to let a staff know that we were still waiting for our orders. The staff checked with the kitchen and told us that their printing machine didn't work and that it missed our orders. 3. customer service was bad - they did not handle the matter with any care. The staff said the manager would process the refund, but the same guy that took our order came out. He apologised in the most monotone voice, and it seemed very insincere. After processing my refund, I told him that another order was also missing. He did not believe me at first and claimed that we had received the food. I told him we did not. After checking with other staff, he proceeded to refund the 2nd order."

"Great food options, and great coffee too. It is a popular spot, so finding a table can be difficult sometimes. QR code based ordering from the tables has made it much easier to order."

"Dined in today. All the free tables were dirty, didn’t mind sitting at a dirty table while we waited. Tried to get someone’s attention but everyone kept ignoring us. When we were served food I asked if the waitress (young, dark haired with space buns) could please wipe down our table, she looked offended but said ok. We waited another 2-3 minutes but she never came back. I then asked another waitress if she wouldn’t mind wiping down our table. She didn’t say anything, she just grabbed a cloth and wiped the table - most of the crumbs landed all over my Mums lap. I said thank you, she said nothing and just left. Food was fine, expensive."
