We offer a sessional prekindy program for children who have turned 3 years old and are eligible to attend 4-year-old kindergarten in the following year. Our program runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 12 noon, providing a structured and engaging learning experience for your child.
In addition to our prekindy program, we also offer a Nature Playgroup, which is a teacher-led playgroup for families with children under the age of 5. This playgroup allows families to explore the learning opportunities provided by the natural environment. It is a chance for you and your child to connect with other families and learn more about our Prekindy program. It also helps your child become familiar with our Prekindy environment and teachers before they officially join the program.

"Beyond amazing. The teachers go above and beyond to create diverse learning experiences that best suit the needs and interests of each child with an evidence-based approach. The children are immersed in play-based experiences where they are encouraged to explore and learn. Whether it be splashing in muddy puddles, constructing tunnels in the sand pit, cooking up a storm in the mud kitchen- the learning experiences are so rich and engaging. From a parent perspective, the teachers were so genuine in their care for my children, and subsequently they still regard their year at CVPK as their best ever."
