Our beloved pub is back and better than ever, offering a range of amenities and experiences for our valued guests. As a bar, establishment, and point of interest, we are dedicated to providing a memorable and enjoyable time for everyone who walks through our doors.

Our pub is well-known for our delicious bar snacks and our wood-fired, farm-to-table steaks. We take pride in delivering a true Western Australian farm-to-table experience for our guests.
What sets us apart is our unique breeding program. Our signature herd of cattle, known as "Akaushi" or Red Wagyu, is produced at our farm in North Dandalup. This Japanese breed allows us to consistently produce a superior quality of beef. Our beef has a lower melting temperature of fat/marbling, making it not only more flavorful but also healthier for you. As our herd size grows to meet the demand, we also feature local Dardanup Butchery Co. beef on our steak menu at times.
If you're looking to host a special event, whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or work gathering, C.Y. O'Connor Village Pub is the perfect venue. Our friendly staff will ensure your event is a success, providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Don't forget to visit our premium bottle shop, which has recently undergone a major upgrade. We offer the same fantastic selection from Thirsty Camel and Melaleuka Farm Merchants. Our dedicated section features small goods, premium steaks, and local fresh goods. Stay updated with our social media channels to catch deals and limited edition drops.

"Slow and unattentive service, tastless food. Burger tasted like a rubber with burnt patty. Lobster pasta was stale and oil seperating from crm, tastless. Food took 50mins to be served. Spilled drinks were never get cleaned for 2 hours even if I requested multiple times. Another patron was complaining on Tab TV being frozen, manager response was very unhelpful and not appropriate. Manager argued and carried the entire conversation across our table. Me and my partner were uncomfortable being in the middle of the two ppl arguing. Had a very bad experience at your restaurant, and we won’t return"
"Food was amazing!! first main was the steak, cooked perfect mid. rare and the red vine jus was the best I've ever had. Second main was the octupus and it was just delicious, compliments to the chef! Staff/Service was super friendly and quick and they looked like they actually enjoyed being there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"
"Food was quite mundane and service a bit delayed - having to wait for a while for drinks and food to be served. I did feel it wasn't as good as before, but time will tell as the restaurant had just opened its doors a short while back. "Beef Schnitzel" was average, but the "Prawn pasta" along with the "Fried custard with Caramelised banana" and "Chocolate Mousse" were great!"
"My party and I had made a reservation for the inside Kathleen Room Mezzanine for three people, and upon arrival, we were disappointed to find the upstairs to find the mezzanine unlit and unprepared for service. There was no host or clear signage to indicate where we should wait to be seated. After waiting in line at the bar, the staff were polite but seemed concerned when I showed them my booking confirmation. We were eventually shown to a table outside and told that we could order via the app. While we understand that there may be staffing shortages, we were not informed of this change and were unprepared for outdoor seating. One member of our party is a severe asthmatic, and we had specifically booked an inside table to ensure that they could breathe comfortably. Unfortunately, the cold air made it difficult for them to get enough air. In addition, the experience with the drinks was also disappointing. One of the drinks was not what we thought we had ordered, the hostess who was polite and pleasant took a second look and informed us that it was the right drink just garnished wrong. The drinks did have good flavour profiles, however, while we understand things happen. It added to our frustration and disappointment with the overall experience. Furthermore, the Melaleuka Farmhouse Trio that we ordered was not up to our expectations. While we enjoy high-quality locally grown meat and are happy to support the farmer we were disappointed with what was presented. Despite the pub's emphasis on delivering a farm-to-table experience and using premium locally grown meat, the meat was overcooked and overshadowed by the sides. We appreciate the effort to support local farmers, but the execution fell short of our expectations. While the Southern Fried Chicken Burger was okay, it did not live up to its price point. The brioche bun felt stale and the chicken was dry, making the overall burger experience disappointing. The addition of sriracha did little to make up for the dryness in the dish. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience at the new CY O'Connor Village pub. We have had several pleasant experiences at Tilly's garden and enjoyed beautifully cooked kangaroo and crocodiles. We were excited to try the pub's new menu and support local farmers, but the execution and value fell short of our expectations. We were also looking forward to the steak house however have reservations based on tonight's experience. We miss the old establishment and hope that the pub can work to improve the quality and value of its menu in the future."
