"I made a purchase on friday the 11th of Aug. Already i was annoyed at the slow service, after waiting in the line for 20 minutes to order when there were only 6 cars in front of me. I get to the window to pay for my order. The card terminal declined, i told the guy serving, i couldn't be my end as i had more than enough money in my account for the purchase so we tried again and it went through. Firstly they took 5 minutes at the window to get the order out which was 3 mini cali burritos and 1 small chips, then they took an extra 5 minutes to whip up two soft serve ice creams. mind you i had already ordered about 12-13 minutes ago at the speaker. Whilst i waited there for a stupid amount of time to make two soft serve ice creams, employees were literally just hanging about, not looking busy, not much care in getting orders out. I check my account on Monday to find that the purchase did not in fact decline the first time that the money was taken out of my account, which meant Guzman had taken 2 lots of $58.70 out for one order. When calling them, the ' manager was not there' and there was nothing they could do their end, to submit an enquiry online. Well that was done now 4 days ago with no response. I have had to source an email from the other poorly 1-2 star recent rating on their website. Not only is this an inconvenience, the customer service is so poorly for such a large technical error there end, i wonder how many more people they were double charging that day. Very disappointed"

"Just wanted to start with the fact that we have been placed in the waiting bay numerous times and have been forgotten about for over 20 minutes, including tonight. However, we were at the front window this time and had an online order of only 2 CARAMEL sundaes and one lot of churros but we were waiting for over 15 minutes to get the wrong sundaes. The lack of organisational skills and customer satisfaction is extremely low with this happening multiple times something needs to be changed. It is extremely frustrating when you continually fail to meet customers needs and wants when it comes to the title “fast food”."

"Gomez is amazingly yummy my fav fast food, but if you can’t wrap a burrito I don’t see the point in going there. This has happened at Nerang, Capalaba, Coomera. Guys at hope island oxenford nail it every time and it’s perfect. Might as well order a bowl if it falls out like this."

"I got to drive through at 10:24am (breakfast closes at 10:30), and got to the order box at 10:32 and they said they finished breakfast menu. It’s now 10:39 and I’m still in drive through and there was only 5 cars total in drive through… some fast food… they should have a transitional period for people waiting for breakfast menu to be served breakfast. When I got to front, manager said I could order breakfast burrito so all good!"

"Not overly impressed. Paid for extra fillings and upsized my fries only to recieve less than a regular amount. Feel like ordering elsewhere in future."
