"I usually go to Guzman in Pimpama and have never had a bad experience. The only 3 times I’ve been to the Upper Coomera store I’ve received either the wrong food (got given a spicy chicken salad over my beef burrito) or horrible service (no hello, no eye contact and having personal conversations with other staff while holding the eftpos out the window). Won’t be returning, very disappointing."

"They need to fire the front counter staff and replace them with robots because the level of service might actually be better. If you order on the app and rock up to pick up the order be ready to be ignored and then once you do happen to get their attention with great difficulty... mass confusion ensues and they seem to forget the basics of picking up the order number and handing it over the customer.. won't be back again."

"I ordered a vegetarian bowl and I found beef in it, which I ate by mistake as it was mixed in with the sauteed vegetables! It was obvious that one of the team had put some in then scooped it out again. I have been vegetarian for many years and haven't eaten cow or any other animal for a long time so you can imagine how upset I was. I rang the store and all they said was they could remake it or give me some vouchers to the value of the refund. They didn't care I lived a drive away and they wouldn't deliver. So beware, terrible service. I won't be going back."

"We usually go to the helensvale GYG and haven’t had any issues, we’ve recently been to this restaurant in Upper Coomera 4 times in 3 weeks and had nothing but issues! Staff clearly are not trained enough to get a basic order correct! Every time something is wrong."

"We are GYG fans but we were so disappointed with our take away order last night. The queso dip must’ve been thrown in the bag because it had leaked everywhere (photo below of what was left in the bag). The vegetarian meal we ordered came out with beef instead, meaning one of our children didn’t get a meal. The burritos were fantastic as always but the serving sizes of everything else were much smaller than we have ever received before from a GYG store. Not sure if it’s just a heap of new staff who are still in training or whether it is was super busy but it isn’t the standard I’m use to from GYG. Hoping to update this review in a few months and see thing improve."
