Domino’s Pizza Upper Coomera 2 City Centre Drive, Upper Coomera, Queensland 4209

"I placed an online order using valid voucher codes earlier tonight. When arriving to the store, after the suggested ready window, my order was not completed. I spoke briefly with a team member who said it wouldn’t be long. I then waited 20 minutes to be asked by another team member how they could help, to which I stated that I was waiting for my order. They said the meatballs were not cooking but would see to it straight away. They went to the freezer/fridge and returned saying they will be ready soon. I waited another 5 minutes before they said we’ll just get them started for you now. I said they aren’t important, not to worry, I’d just like the rest of the order and I’d be on my way. 30 minutes after arriving, I was finally on my way home but it doesn’t get better from here. When arriving home, I opened one of the pizza boxes to see that it had the incorrect pizza toppings and the cheesy garlic bread that was ordered was only supplied as a normal garlic bread. Not bothering to call the store due to the poor service earlier, I’ve decided to show your store a similar service that I received tonight. WARNING: Do not order from Upper Coomera. Management are having some difficulty ensuring their younger workers are equipped properly for their shifts, resulting in a waste of customer time and money*. *This is the most polite way I can tell you that your employees deserve better, so they can do better for the people who purchase your products and fill your wallet/bank account while you sit in the comfort of your home pretending you’re good at what you do."

"DONT BUY THE TRIPLE CHOC BROWNIES FROM THIS STORE. They don’t know how to cook it. On both occasions we received charcoal brownies absolutely inedible. Obviously they don’t check and don’t care what they serve their customers. Pizza sub-standard too. My son is allergic to onion so always orders pepperoni and pineapple only. Found big chunks of onion on the pizza. Waste of money. Never buying from this store again."

"For the 3rd time now we got regular wheat pizza base, after ordering GF (glutenfree). No refund, no exchange, not even an apology. Apparently it's my fault upon ordering/"the system's fault", which asks you for your choice of base first, but reverts back to regular, the moment you choose any add-on for your gf pizza. Very unprofessional & irresponsible of Domino's to not fix this problem in their system in 6 months!!! When this can have very serious consequences for someone who is gluten intolerant or worse, celiac."

"Worst experience staff need more training! Order pizza over to the phone, when arriving to collect my pizza a lady was in the store returning the pizza that wasn’t her order, staff then tried to give me the pizza she had returned. Staff clearly don’t have safe food handling experience!!"

"Ordered pizza delivery and one was under cooked and one was very minimal toppings. I called straight away and took photos but the manager wouldn’t offer a refund or replacement because my son (who was extremely hungry ) had bitten into one peice. I am disgusted in the customer service as I paid a lot of money for them delivered as a treat and they were extremely unenjoyable ! Manager hung up on me when I made a complaint"
