"Omg! I walk and here someone yelling “what did I say Jan(someone’s name)” over and over! And I look over as it finally stops and this old man is comforting the women at the cash register and giving her kind words. When he leaves...the manager probably named Karen started to yell “what did I say!” To her staff member! I was so shocked! The other male employee was trying to defend her but the manager/Karen wouldn’t have it. We all make mistakes, but don’t humiliate your staff especially in front of customers. I had to leave. It was awful."
"I like Tuesdays: 20% off for Concession Cardholders & the Salvos Card is great! Salvos goods are exceptionaly well sorted/graded: clean, well displayed & good quality. Prices can sometimes too high. Although I can imagine, it could be difficult to know what to price some secondhand items."
