A+ for service and 0 push to buy anything whatsoever. They were very lovely and explained a lot of diff things. "I visited this store on the 16/09/2022 and felt so welcomed, I was shopping for a wedding band and the ladies were so happy to help and they were so amazing and understanding when I told them my wedding was in 4 weeks time! They had to special order in my ring as my size is very small and they were confident it would arrive by the 14/10/2022 giving me plenty of time to pick it up. I just picked it up today on the 7/10/2022 and I am so happy! I don’t recommend you wait until last minute to shop for things but the staff Angus and Coote West Lakes were so accommodating."

"Imn may 2020 i purchased a diamond ring with careplan and supposedly valuation certificate , i picked the ring up after resizing but no valiuation cert, it would be 2 weeks later, many many phone calls, and promises still no valuation , then the state manager would ring me in a few days m a month later no call back from manager, i rang again all apoligetic, but the manager will ring still no call back, they tricked me into a buy with careplan, but have not given me the valuation , its now 6 months, i cant insure it without pic and official breakdown of all diamonds, but they tell me just use yr recipt, to me that was an admission of no certificate to come, maybe my diamond ring is not all diamond, maybe some might be cz, im just saying, so unprofessional,"
"Went into Angus and Coote West Lakes this week enquiring about a purchased item that has broken.As I couldn't produce a receipt or the store find the transaction in their system,the girls took down my details and said the store manager would ring..Good service by the girls instore....POOR SERVICE from the store manager still waiting 5 days later for a phone call,I spent 32yrs in retail and whislt it has changed over the years customer service should still be the highest priority."
