"Terrible customer service. I was returning items purchased online. The return conditions state that returning items bought online can be returned to a store. The lovely Canadian lady started processing my return but I said I'd look around and see if there was anything else I wanted instead. There wasn't. By the time I'd looked the other, more mature woman was serving. She did not want to refund, she was obviously annoyed with me, and argued with me in front of another customer. After some persistence, she agreed to give me a credit note (just this time, it's not our store policy... blah blah). I was embarrassed and annoyed. I won't be back."
