H&R Block

"Plympton Branch Very poor service, the lady did my partner and mines accounts, then never filed it through. a month later I find out it was never filed, then was told that their computers were changed, to there is a renovation happening. this is after calling them a few times. FYI i paid for the service then taking it out of my tax returns. I eventually went somewhere else and put it in a compliant with area manager. Now we are still waiting for our refund 2 months later. so this has been going on since April. please go else H&R Block are usually good and easy going but not this particular branch. kind regards"

"Very average service, she used my spread sheet i had already prepared and simply input the details into the online service...could've done rhat myself at home and saved $154. Went there hoping would advise of other things can claim but i got back what i had already figured out myself. Took her 10minutes max."

"Probably the worst most uneducated tax worker I have ever encountered - spelt my name wrong several times - put in wrong earning amounts - tried to convince me adding more with "dodgy tricks" which I refused - added no spouse even though she did her tax directly after me -didn't include payout payed -had wrong employer details Honestly I could keep going, I had to write a review on this. As it was that bad that the ato had to amend it over several weeks and do a review over my whole tax which I ended up owing because he was so unprofessional and really looks like they pulled someone off the street for extra workers. Will never use h and r blockheads again or recommended them to anyone, absolute useless."

"100% disappointed! i booked in with a specific accountant, i had to wait weeks to see her due to her specific office times. Drove one hour out of my way in peak hour traffic. To find the manager cancelled my appointment and put me on with someone else. Not a simple phone call to let me know. Very unprofessional, Extremely Rude."
