Welcome to Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes, located at 10 Norfolk Street in Fremantle, Australia. Our establishment is dedicated to providing professional counseling, supervision, and education services to help individuals navigate the challenges and changes that life presents.

In today's uncertain world, we often find ourselves facing unexpected lifestyle changes that can impact our emotional, psychological, and physical well-being. At Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes (TLC), we specialize in guiding and supporting individuals through individual and group counseling, helping them accept and adapt to their new circumstances while restoring their sense of well-being.

Our team of experienced counselors is equipped to assist with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, abuse, grief, loss, relationship issues, family therapy, retirement, perinatal anxiety and depression, and FIFO/EAP (Fly-In-Fly-Out/Employee Assistance Program).

We have upcoming events and workshops scheduled, including one from Monday 20th to Wednesday 22nd November at the Victoria Park RSL, located at 1 Fred Bell Parade, East Victoria Park. The sessions will run from 9 am to 4:30 pm each day. Additionally, we have a workshop on Saturday 23rd September 2023 at 42 Glyde St, East Fremantle, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.

At Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes, our goal is to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge they need to adapt to life's changes and restore their mind-body connection and balance. As Cindy Cranswick, our founder, says, "Life is change. Growth is optional. Choose wisely."
