While I haven't encountered any major issues with their dental service, I find it puzzling that all the reviews consistently praise the clinic's excellent service. Unfortunately, every time I visit, I am consistently kept waiting for over 45 minutes. I can't help but wonder if it's just a coincidence or if I am simply an unlucky customer. As I sit here contemplating this, I feel compelled to write a review to express my frustration before it slips my mind before my next visit (in six months). It's particularly frustrating because I have taken time off work to attend these appointments, and I believe the phone staff should have the courtesy to inform me if there will be a delay."

I was quite anxious on the day, but both him and Dr Sophie Anderson (anesthesiologist) made me feel perfectly comfortable. They explained everything, answered all my questions, and were lovely to chat to. Would recommend this practice to anyone needing work done on their teeth. They are also incredibly affordable, which was a relief for me as well."
