"I came this clinic with my partner. The receptionists were very unkind and unhelpful. I felt the price was also extremely expensive compared with other usual GP clinics. They charged to see nurses separately and equipment fee for iron infusion on top of GP consultation fee."

"After decades of feeling like a burden to the health system whenever I had an issue, I ended up at Ellen Health on recommendation. 10 years later and they are still my GP of choice. No matter what doctor you see, you are given time, patience, respect and love. Dr Christina Shaw also helped me navigate one of the most challenging experiences of my life, her compassion and knowledge of mental health helped her identify something that many would have missed and since the treatment she referred me to, I’ve been doing well! I have been sometimes frustrated by how long you have to wait on the phone when you call, and communication around results is sometimes lacklustre. But every receptionist has been warm, kind and inviting. They just seems genuinely understaffed or something. Still worth 5 stars. Thanks for the great service."

"They keep deleting my rating. It's the truth and here it is again. Very unsatisfactory customer service Ellen Health, I was lead to believe during my last consult with Dr Murphy as he explained to me the fee I paid would have provided me with the script I needed plus repeats for my debilitating nerve pain and that this would mean I wouldn't need to keep coming back every month and paying a further $80 out of pocket each visit which is totally unaffordable with the cost involved in this medication. The process amongst the Admin staff left a lot to be desired too. Not only did they not listen to the information I gave to them over the phone to discuss to the Dr on my behalf resulting in their relaying incorrect information about the wrong medication to the Dr, which has now resulted in my being without my much needed pain nerve medication, they have on numerous occasions also rung weeks after appointments asking me for payment for a visit they forgot to charge me for at the time of the visit, often catching you totally unawares and without the funds to pay at that time. Admin staff told me there wasn't time for a phone call with Dr which would have given me the opportunity to straighten out the mix up caused by the admin staff and to enable me to discuss why I had not been provided with the scripts I had been told were previously issued to me.  I am unable to see the Dr until the New Year.  Not at all satisfactory considering the debilitating pain I am in."

"I wanted to book an iron infusion with Ellen Health and for some reason everything seems to be super complicated at this practice - so it never actually went ahead. I initially went there with a referral from another doctor who couldn't carry out the procedure. Trying to be straightforward I went down to the practice with all required documents on hand but was sent back home asking for me to scan and email the documents I literally had with me on the day - not even wanting to book in an initial consult. Everytime I call there is a 5 min wait until someone answers the phone and after waiting to hear back from for about a three weeks for an approval of my results they let me know my results were too old and tests had to be redone. Anyway, not normally the one to leave bad reviews, but this was just super frustrating and it feels like my concerns as a patient are not really taken seriously. Will go somewhere else."

"I’ve been attending the Ellen Health physiotherapy centre for the past three weeks and I am very happy. I’ve been receiving quality service from two different staff members, and both have been very attentive to detail. They are happy to take there time to explain everything and ensure that I have a plan of action to resolve the issue including stretches and exceeded that I can do at home everyday. The reception staff are very friendly and welcome me every visit, remembering my name too! The offices are very nice, clean and modern. From the outside, the building is a beautiful Fremantle period building, which is super cool. There is even a neat little cafe inside/next door where you can grab a coffee after your early morning appointment! And finally, as a BUPA favoured practice, I get the maximum possible rebates. Very happy."
