"We got two pairs of jeans from here, had an issue with one of the jeans and the store assistant said we would need to talk to the owner/manager and they would call us. Three weeks later and multiple messages left and they still will not return our call. Waste of $400, jeans unwearable and complete lack of transparency from this store. Avoid Service Denim because if you have an problems they will not even return your call! Update - Since posting this, they decided to call but it was three months too late!"
