Roy Marten Dog Park
About the Business
Welcome to Roy Marten Dog Park, located at Taperoo, Wandana Terrace, 22 in Australia. As an establishment, park, and point of interest, we are dedicated to providing a wonderful space for dogs and their owners to enjoy.
At Roy Marten Dog Park, we not only strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment for our four-legged friends, but we also recognize and pay respect to the Traditional Owners of the land, the Kaurna People of the Adelaide Plains. We acknowledge that our park is situated on their ancestral lands, and it is with gratitude that we operate here.
The Port Adelaide Enfield Council, which oversees our park, understands the significance of the Kaurna People's connection to this land. We honor their spiritual beliefs and their deep-rooted ties to the area, which continue to be of great importance to the living Kaurna People today.
In addition to showing our respect to the Kaurna People, we also acknowledge the valuable contributions and important role that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people play within our shared community. We are grateful for their ongoing presence and the richness they bring to our diverse society.
Roy Marten Dog Park is not just a place for dogs to run and play, but it is also a place where we promote inclusivity, cultural awareness, and appreciation for the land on which we are situated. By visiting our park, you are not only supporting a dog-friendly environment but also contributing to the recognition and celebration of our First Nations People.
So come and join us at Roy Marten Dog Park, where dogs can frolic freely, and we can all learn from and appreciate the heritage and culture of the Kaurna People. Let us all embrace the spirit of unity and respect as we enjoy this beautiful space together.

"Such a great park! Usually the small dogs miss out on the fun stuff, but here the little dogs are not forgotten! There's mounds to race up and leap off, sand pit to dig in, plants to sniff, tyres to go through. My pup found the ground quite slippery but he is used to grass and bark chips, also it was wet when we were there. There is undercover seating and a water fountain for people and dogs. Even on the rainy day we went there were plenty of dogs and friendly people. Obviously a popular park."
"Honestly I thought I reviewed here! Terrific place. Highly recommend the dog park/s and the playgrounds & picnic areas look absolutely as good! Recommended!!"
"Ample space and well secured. Separation of larger dogs and little dogs."
"Great place! pretty busy playground area's, dog parks available for the pet lovers. Children's playgrounds, family friendly for the young and old. Its got drinking fountains, toilet facilities, medium sized oval to kick the ball or throw a frisbee, bike or skate pathways, basketball courts or netball courts, bbq and shaded area's. Kids really enjoyed themselves here."
"Love this place. Plenty of room for all. Great place to relax, have a bbq or just go wild on playground. Huge variety of play equipment as well as dog specious playgrounds for big & small separately. Definitely coming back!"
