"I was so disappointed when I found out the seller I bought from use Aramex. As I expected, ad they always do, the delivery guy never knocked on my door, I worked from home on the day just to receive the parcel. Ended up have to travel to their depot 25 mins from my place. Every single time, if you find out your parcel is being delivered by Aramex, good luck."

"I need to understand the process here. I never asked my parcel to be delivered by Aramex. It's always been Aust post. It's so hard to get hold of customer service. I don't want to be communicating through what's app as I don't trust it. I called and it went through an automated voice message. I prefer issues delt straight over the phone with a person. Also when I checked the tracking it said it was due for delivery but the package never arrived. It was randomly delivered the next day when I wasn't home. The deposit is so far that I had to pay 62$ for uber. Even the option of redelivery was complicated as it didn't give me the option of my chose day It's just a money making scheme by Aramex for re delivery. I rather pay Aust post a few extra $$ noting when my parcel can be delivered and they have several collection point that won't cost me an arm or leg And please don't send the annoying automated message that has been sent to as I don't the process has improved at all!"

"Horrible horrible horrible service. Said package was on board for delivery on a Thursday, waited all day nothing Friday nothing weekend nothing finally came on Monday. The delivery driver as per the security camera was on door exactly for 22 secs. Ran to the door rang the bell and ran straight to the car. My wife ran to him as we really needed the package. The service for your company is so bad we contacted the company who use you as a delivery partner to consider changing back to aus post. Nothing will change of this review but at least people will know they not alone dealing with such horrible service provider."

"This company is impossible to contact. They have an AI bot on their website's 'Chat With Us' that is dumb as a stump, and if you try calling the phone just rings out. I have asked for call backs or an email and never received a reply. I receive emails in the mornings many times that my parcel was going to be delivered today, then it isn't. When I check online the tracking number comes up "Ran Out of Time" then it states it will be delivered the following day, which it isn't. At present I am chasing a parcel from 4 days ago that was a "Ran Out of Time" delivery. Absolutely hopeless company in all respects. They really are a public menace stressing everybody out chasing up their deliveries. EDIT: Don't believe what is written below because they have done nothing to resolve my issue and that comment below was written by them to make it look like they are actually doing something. All they have done is give me the run around and my parcel is still undelivered and it's status online has not changed since last Friday (5 days ago). These people are very dishonest. Just look at their rating, and that's after they changed their name from Fastway Couriers which was also the lowest rated courier in Australia. This company has caused me untold stress and they seem to thrive on it. Won't answer their phone, and won't answer emails. At this stage I have given up on ever receiving my parcel and I honestly believe someone there stole it."

"Worst delivery service. I refuse to buy anything from people who use this service. I've had something sitting in Victoria for over a week with no updates and today at 8.20am I was told it was on board for delivery. At 8.21am I was told "sorry we tried to deliver but you weren't home". How about giving people notice that you're coming. Like more than a literal few seconds. Even when they know I'm home and they have literally waved to me, by the time I get to the door they have driven off and just left a card. Absolutely ridiculous"
