"Atrocious customer service. Visited the store earlier and asked for help with a purchase. Sam came up and with no reason demanded that i follow him then he sent me back to the counter refusing to help at all. Sam presented as abrupt, aggressive, he repeatedly interrupted me and tried to gaslight, at no point Sam tried to help me but rather told me to go away."

"Overall great value for money. Many items better than major two. Some not so good. Strange for people to condemn everything about Aldi with one breathe and in the next say they visit frequently. Very odd. If you like being pampered with space and more casual check outs then don't visit Aldi. It's there for buying at a lower price and often superior products."

"I hate the low feeling one gets when shopping there. The awful cheap and nasty stuff on display in the centre of the store, looking like a church jumble sale. Ridiculous announcements about closing cash register 5. Is this to make the rabble feel they are in an upmarket place or something? All that cheap junk in the centre should be cleared away to make room for more stock. So little choice. I wanted bird seed yesterday and they don’t stock it. Finally at the check out, are they afraid that the customers will attack the cashiers? Why all that glass partition? Do they expect an attack at any moment from customers who can’t find what they want in the limited shelves?"

"You really need an area manager to spend a whole week in that store. Produce isn't fresh. Lots of items past use by, flowers are always dead yet still for sale? The check out is a mess!!! Constantly opening and closing registers - it's inefficient and happens every single time I shop there. Staff are rude bar one manager that works there. I feel unwelcome and often find products are overpriced for their quality. Fresh food in a supermarket is sort of important. Staff always seem to be in break room. Stock isn't pulled forward or organised. It's shocking."
