Good service, good price and the vehicle arrived a week later exactly when they said it would, and in the exact same condition that I dropped it off. "I arranged with these guys to ship my car to Melbourne. I found them well priced, fast and with excellent customer service. The only reason I won’t rate five stars (four stars provided) is because the stickers they used on the windshield of my car were unbelievably sticky! They left an awful amount of residue that required me to go out obtain some products and put in quite a lot of effort to remove! My only feedback is to get different stickers for vehicle windshields. Edit: I have now updated my review to from four to five stars due to the useful advice provided in the public response."
"Shipped a car interstate to Perth and was called and told to pick up the car as it had passed quarantine and was ready for collection. When I arrived I was told it was not ready while they smirked and offered no form of apology. It was a 2 hour round trip completely wasted due to their unprofessionalism, I wouldn't have been as annoyed if they were genuinely sorry as mistakes do happen."
"I have used Jayde transport to transport my car from Perth to Melbourne. I would say Jayde does provide very good service with a reasonable price with less estimated time of delivery than any other Provider and the best part was, you can put as much as goods as you want in your car by just paying another $100.. I would recommend everyone to use Jayde's service if they are planning to move their car interstate..."
